The 100 Day Risk Free Guarantee applies to sex toys only.  BDSM items, lingerie, lubricants, gifts, cards, candles, soaps, condoms, and charging cables are excluded.

 

To make a claim under the 100 Day Risk Free Guarantee, you must:

- Complete a Returns Form on our warranty page and select '100 Day Risk Free Guarantee' as the reason for the refund.

- Returns must be initiated within 100 days of receiving the product.

- The policy applies exclusively to toys purchased from our online store; reseller purchases are ineligible.

- The cost of return shipping is at your own expense.

 

Once we have reviewed and accepted your claim, we will issue you a full refund. The refund will be credited to the account from which the payment was made.

 

Please note that only a single item from an order can be returned under the 100 Day Risk Free Guarantee, and each order is eligible for only one refund. We don’t offer exchanges.
